SDC Plants and Maintains a public dahlia bed to foster our goal of sharing dahlia culture with interested gardeners. We will have a spring planting date the week after our sale, and harvest dates after the first frost. Dates depending on the weather. Members are invited to volunteer. Weekly weeding, Staking, tying and watering of this bed helps them to look attractive and is made easier when many hands are involved.
